When you send a commission request we store your name, your email address and a general project location such as a city or region. We deliberately do not ask for a street address at this stage — nothing is being delivered yet.

We also store the details you give us about the project: the type of commission, your description, preferred materials and colours, approximate measurements, budget range, timeframe, and — if you choose to share them — your reference images.

This studio does not take card details, does not charge you and does not create orders. Purchases, bookings, loyalty rewards and payments all continue to happen on beikeconicshop.com exactly as they do today.

Reference images you upload are written to private storage. They are not published, not indexed and not reachable from the public internet. Viewing one requires a short-lived signed link that only the studio can generate, so your photographs and artwork are visible to us and to nobody else.

We keep them only for as long as they are useful to review and, if it goes ahead, to make your commission — or until you ask us to delete them.

Requests are stored in the studio's private dashboard, which only the owner can open with a signed-in administrator account. Other customers cannot see your request, and there is no public page that lists them.

We do not sell your details and we do not share them with advertisers. If the owner chooses to add your name and email to the Wix CRM connected to beikeconicshop.com, that is done only so the studio can follow up with you about your own enquiry. Nothing is added automatically.

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your request and its reference files. Write to support@beikeconicshop.com and we will act on it.

By submitting a request you confirm that you own the designs you share, or that you have permission from the owner to submit them. Please do not send another maker's protected work or a photograph that is not yours to share.
